Past Life Regression Exploration and Past Life Regression Therapy
Since I have been a Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist for 26 years I have experienced and worked with hundreds of clients. People have seen me for many issues over the years and I have used many different techniques of Hypnotherapy for which I have been trained and certified.
As I review client files for the end of 2017, I have noticed that there are many current and former clients who believe in reincarnation and past lives and have had successful and enjoyable sessions with positive and lingering effects. ( A recent Gallup poll states that close to 60% of people in the US believe in reincarnation and past lives.) It is actually one of the oldest beliefs in the world.
I personally believe that this form of Hypnosis, Past Life Regression Therapy, or even sessions done out of curiosity for the experience, can give us an immense amount of healing information no matter the issue. Whether it is about smoking cessation, weight management, stress, fears, habits we want to change or eliminate…the list goes on.
I often get asked what the purpose of experiencing the Past Life Regression technique can do. Here are a few things: 1) Accept all responsibility for your choices and actions. 2) Understand your true nature and who you really are. 3) Understand and accept others. 4) Free yourself from all limitations. 5) Learn the lessons to experience and gain wisdom.
If you have ever daydreamed about different scenarios for your life, used you imagination or made up stories about your life, thought about your dreams long after awakening from sleep, had a deja vu or felt an instant connection with others, you may have experienced a “snippet” of a past life. If you have ever experienced strong feelings and emotions from specific scenes in a movie, or from reading books or articles, and it puzzles you when this happens over and over with no conscious recollection as to why, you may be resonating with a situation that happened in a past life.
You may be thinking right now: “I still don’t believe in reincarnation or Past Lives”, it is OK… Remember that Gallup poll? It isn’t for everyone.
I love doing this work, and I hope that 2024 and beyond brings me even more people to experience and heal with this process.
